Become part of the dedicated team that works directly with esteemed architectural firms, including one client who was named the 11th-ranked architectural firm nationwide in ARCHITECT magazine. Work on projects as wide-ranging as homes to multi-family residential projects, academic to office buildings, planning developments to retail in locations ranging from mountainous landscapes of Montana to the urban contexts in San Francisco.

  • Work on a talented team who consciously devotes consistent energy and enthusiasm to every project

  • Learn from Principal Designers, Architects, and Consultants across the industry in California, Washington, and Montana. Since Bright Black's clients are architectural firms, you will learn the insider tricks on how each firm manages and executes a project.

  • Take pride in the work you do knowing you are making a difference

  • Grow your beginner or advanced-level Revit skills and learn from seasoned teammates who geek out learning new Revit tricks and Dynamo scripts

  • Skip the commute. Work from home and enjoy time doing what you love instead of on the road.

Earn more: You can expect a competitive hourly wage with paid overtime and a reliable paycheck when you work for Bright Black.

Career development: Many of our entry-level employees become Project Managers and work directly with clients. Have a firm you always wanted to work for? We are always looking to take on new architectural clients so the sky is the limit. (Full disclosure: we are currently at our maximum capacity, hence the reason we are looking for good people.)

Benefits: Our range of benefits can include profit-sharing, 401(k) savings plans, paid time off, and more!
